Doron Gerstel, CEO and Board Member
Doron Gerstel comes to Nolio with over 20 years of executive experience in the international hi-tech industry. Doron has a proven track record of combining strategic planning and operations with world-class visionary skills and creative management to achieve global business objectives. Doron co-founded Zend Technologies in 1999, building it to over 20,000 customers with a world-wide presence during his tenure as president and CEO. In addition, Doron has held various senior positions: CEO and president of Syneron Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELOS), VP Operations and acting COO of Lumenis (formerly ESC Medical Systems) and VP Operations at Fibronics, Ltd. Doron holds an MBA in Marketing from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management, Information Systems from Technion in Israel.
Eran Sher, EVP of Products and Business Development, Co-Founder and Board Member
Eran Sher is responsible for Nolio's product vision, customer success, and development of strategic alliances. Eran is a seasoned executive and has held several senior research and development positions at PortAuthority (acquired by WebSense), Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) and Conduct Software (acquired by Mercury Interactive). Eran has over 13 years of experience with deep knowledge in areas of enterprise applications and business optimization technologies for both ISVs and corporate IT. Eran holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Computer Science from the Tel-Aviv University.
Alon Eizenman, CTO, Co-Founder and Board Member
Alon Eizenman is responsible for Nolio's technological vision and direction, including product conception, product innovation and research and development. Alon has over 13 years of management experience in emerging and high growth enterprise software. He served as VP R&D and co-founder of Coridan (acquired by BEA), along with senior research and development positions at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) and Conduct (acquired by Mercury Interactive). Alon has broad experience in conception complete product life-cycle development of enterprise and information technology software. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science from the Bar-Ilan University.
Daniel Kushner, VP E-Business
Daniel Kushner is responsible for Nolio's online play, including the development of web strategies for Nolio through creative customer relationship models and other pure play web-based businesses. Daniel has over a decade of internet and web experience in the government, private, and public sectors. He served at the Director of E-Business of Zend Technologies, as well as the Chief Information Officer of Syneron Medical (NASDAQ: ELOS). Daniel has in-depth knowledge of the internet eco-system ranging from infrastructure to applications. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.

Yuval Scarlat, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Scarlat invested the better part of his career, from 1990-2007, building one of the best software companies in the industry - Mercury Interactive Corp (NASDAQ:MERQ), a leader in BTO (Business Technology Optimization). Mr. Scarlat was one of the leading officers at Mercury and helped set the strategy, plan, build and execute on various parts of Mercury's vision, leading the company to over 1 billion dollars in sales, strong leadership position in its respective markets, and tens of thousands of successful customers. Mercury was acquired by HP (NASDAQ: HPQ) in Nov 2006 for $4.5B. Mr. Scarlat held various key executive positions over the years among: Sr. VP of Products (2004-2007), GM of Application Delivery (Testing) business (2002-2004), President of Mercury's SaaS (Software as a Service) business (1999-2002) and VP of Technical Services (1996-1999). Mr. Scarlat is currently serving as active chairman and board member of three selected young and aggressive start-up companies, helping them build a new generation of successful software companies.
Ronen Yehoshua, Cedar Fund, Board Member
Mr. Yehoshua's career spans over 13 years of technology and investment experience in various sectors. Before joining Cedar, Mr. Yehoshua served as Vice President in Uzia Initiatives & Management, headed by Uzia Galil, where he was responsible for facilitating technology cooperation between Israeli and global companies. Before that, he held the position of Director of investment and cooperation in Partner Future Communications (PFC), part of Partner Communications, the Orange operator in Israel. There, he focused on investments and cooperation with startup companies developing technologies and services for the cellular market, and where he was also responsible for new business innovations in Orange. Prior to PFC, Mr. Yehoshua spent 7 years with ECI Telecom, most recently as Director of Business Development in the Integrated Network Solutions Strategic Business Unit. Mr. Yehoshua holds an MBA from Ben Gurion University and BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Bruce K. Taragin - Blumberg Capital, Board Member
Mr. Taragin has 17 years experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker and corporate attorney. His venture experience includes the following exits: eVoice - acquired by AOL [TWX], PureSight - acquired by Boston Communications Group [BCGI], Vista Research - acquired by McGraw Hill [MHP], IP Infusion - acquired by ACCESS CO., LTD [TSE: 4813] and GoNetworks - acquired by NextWave Wireless [WAVE]. Prior to joining Blumberg Capital in 1998, Mr. Taragin held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Mr. Taragin also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & Quist, Mayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Taragin earned his BA in Finance and Communications, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and his MBA and JD from Fordham University in New York. He serves as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, Insightix, LiteScape, and Correlix. He also serves on the board and the investment monitoring committee of the Jewish Community Foundation of Northern California.

Hagi Schwartz, Advisory Board
Mr. Schwartz is currently the President of Magnolia Capital Partners and has held several executive positions at leading technology companies including CFO of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. and Mercury Interactive Corporation. In addition, he previously served as the CFO for Atrica Inc. and HyperRoll Inc. Hagi is on the board of directors of Rackable Systems and on the advisory board of several technology companies. Hagi holds a B.Sc in economics and accounting from Bar Ilan University.
Arie Kogan, Advisory Board
Mr. Kogan has over 20 years experience leading worldwide R&D teams including the development of Mercury's Test Director. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University and a Masters equivalent in Avionic Systems Engineering jointly given by I.A.I and Haifa Technion Institute of Technology.
Prof Schocken, Advisory Board
Prof. Schocken is an IDB Professor of Information Technologies and founding dean of the Efi Arazi School of Computer Science. Between 1985 and 1995 Prof. Schocken was an Associate Professor of Information Systems, and Director of the Undergraduate Program at New York University. In 1995 he joined the founders of IDC, Israel's first private, non-profit university, where he founded the school of computer science and served as its dean (1995-2006).
