The company's award-winning UltiPro® delivers comprehensive HR, payroll, and talent management for organizations of all sizes to manage the global workforce from recruitment through to retirement.

Ultimate Software was founded in 1990 and currently employs more than 1,200 workers. The company has approximately 2,200 customers representing diverse industries.

THE CHALLENGE

As a leading provider of unified human capital management (HCM) SaaS solutions for thousands of global businesses, Ultimate Software needed to ensure its application changes were consistently deployed accurately and on-time.

With thousands of servers and multiple deployments running daily from pre-production to production, it was also vital for Ultimate Software to find a comprehensive solution that ensured rapid and efficient application changes across multiple environments.

PREVIOUS PROCESSES

Ultimate Software previously deployed its applications with Symantec Altiris.
